Exchange and Refund Policy
Exchanges within 7 days with receipt.
Only defective or damaged items will be replaced.
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging with tag attached.
- Food, sanitary goods, health and personal care items, cosmetics, underwear and swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sales items are not exchangeable.
- The new items should be within the same Brand as the one you wish to return.
- Proof of purchase(e-receipt) is required.

Shipping costs for returning your item after the exchange has been approved will be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for goods damaged or missing in transit.
