Exchange and Refund Policy

Exchange


Exchanges within 7 days with receipt. 

Only defective or damaged items will be replaced.


Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging with tag attached. 

- Food, sanitary goods, health and personal care items, cosmetics, underwear and swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged.  

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Discounted items are not exchangeable. 

- The new items should be within the same Brand as the one you wish to return.

- Proof of purchase(e-receipt) is required.

Procedure:

  1. Reply to the order confirmation email you received
  2. Give us the details of the item you wish to exchange and the reason
  3. Once approved, send your items to the address below(shipping cost apply)
  4. We will send you the new item(shipping cost apply)

Shipping 
To return your product, please send to: Envregy Pte Ltd, TGC Fulfilment, 103 Kallang ave #07-06, 339504, Singapore 

Shipping costs for returning your item after the exchange has been approved as well as the cost to send the new items will be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Green Collective SG is not responsible for goods damaged or missing in transit. 

Refunds 

In order to best support our small businesses and their artisans, refunds are not available at The Green Collective SG.
